Post Adoption Resource Center for State Adoptive Families
The Oregon Post Adoption Resource Center (ORPARC) is a division of Northwest Resource Associates, a multi-faceted non-profit that provides an array of services for the human services community. With six offices in three states, NWRA has been successfully designing, developing, implementing, managing and evaluating programs since 1980. Along with ORPARC, our current programs include:

ORPARC is contracted to provide services for Oregon DHS adoptive and assisted guardianship families. ORPARC was founded in April 1999 through a contract with the State of Oregon's Department of Human Services (DHS).
Who Can Use ORPARC?
-Oregon families who have adopted children through any state foster care system;
-Oregon assisted guardianship families;
-Oregon DHS adoption staff;
-Oregon Special Needs Adoption Coalition staff.
