Service Organization
Rotary is an organization of business and professional leaders united worldwide who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world. In more than 160 countries worldwide, approximately 1.2 million Rotarians belong to more than 31,256 Rotary clubs.
New members join our club for a variety of reasons. Often, it?s an opportunity to network with other leaders in the Portland business community. However, it never takes long for our members to become true Rotarians as they embrace the concept of ?Service above Self?.
We are a service organization, but at East Portland Rotary we also look to have fun while doing this important work for our communities
